BLUF: Anyone have a template they use to take notes on Skips?
My directs welcome in part-time staff hires (one year contracts). Working remote it's harder for me to meet this cohort outside of formal organization online trainings. And as a learning organization, I value knowing something of their career trajectory interests, especially if I can help connect them with opportunities (in tandem with their boss), or because it's qualititative insights that might shape what we offer. And committed to putting in relationship effort to know what matters to them (education program, home coutnries, and dogs included). Notes I can keep in my black book (easy reference), without the level of detail as my direct's O3 notes.
