Hi MT!

I just wanted to say a big thank you to the community here. I've been following the MT guidance for about 1.5 years now. I've implemented the trinity and have posted topics here and took the suggestions and feedback into practice. 

Today, I held annual performance reviews with all my directs. At the end of each review I asked "any surprises here?". All answered No! and one went on to say that the weekly one on ones and ongoing performance feedback have personally helped him. He then went on to say that being a part of my team is one of the best things that ever happened to him. He feels a sense of accountability and responsibility for not only his performance but for himself!

Just wanted to share a huge success story!

I have been doing O3 almost 3 years. Some directs appreciate it (they are the good employees), and some dread it (they are the bad ones).  But for me, it works.
