Hi all, I want to ask your opinion regarding soliciting info from clients. Are questions such as below harmful in any way (I think they are not): - What drives this date? (the client thinks for a while on his own and realizes that what used to drive this is not true anymore) - Why did you choose us? (the client gives a lot of good information) - Why do you want this so early? (the client explains and you together reach to the conclusion that it makes sense to be done later in time) I think the above are very harmless questions and the information the client gives is useful. What is your opinion?
