As a "seasoned" veteran manager (and now small business owner) I am a big fan of your podcasts. I was drawn to your podcast in my last managerial role, and I have held several managerial positions for large, multinational companies. However, as a small business owner, my roles are now different. I get much wisdom from your podcasts as is, but I would relish your take on advice for SOHO businesses.
BTW; being self-employed is immensely satisfying. I am approaching a year since leaving the "Matrix" and business remains good and scaling up in all critical performance metrics. The Wall Street vagaries haven't hit, yet, but that's a problem regardless of who pays (customer or employer) you.
Keep up the great podcasts; if you target SOHOs, the value proposition for my attending a seminar will compellingly grow.
