I ran across a blog posting today that provides a virtually identical description, to Mark's, of the feedback model. http://www.jrothman.com/weblog/2006/07/with-feedback-its-kind-to-be-firm.html Johanna Rothman has a lot of good advice related to team management. In fact, when I first started listening to Manager-tools, I was struck by how familiar a lot of the advice sounded. Her sometime collaborater, Ester Derby, is another good one. -greg
