Hi,
I have been tasked with setting up a PMO from scratch in my organisation and would greatly appreciate the views of the community on a couple of things
- Any learning points people have gleaned themselves
- How have people measured success - what KPIs have people employed?
- Are there any podcasts that cover this off?
