I had to chuckle at the SE Radio Podcast last week (http://tinyurl.com/66al25). This was a discussion with Jens Coldeway about 10 years of agile software experience. They were talking about how to implement Agile in an environment, and Jens made a somewhat joking comment about 13 steps to Agile. To which the host replied to the effect that this was SE Radio, not Manager Tools.
Actually, Jens had good advice, I thought, about implementing Agile, mostly phrased in ways that are actionable.
Since there are others here in the IT world, I thought others might appreciate the humor and want to go take a listen.
