Yesterday I published my first book on on sales leadership.  It wil be free to download on Mon 27th - Fri 31st.

The thinking behind the story is the cumulative work of nearly 8 years of helping some of the worlds largest B2B sales team take a very different approach. An outcome based approach.  It has delievred amazing result in revenue, margins per sale, conversion and close rates, and interestingly in sales person retention.
