Anybody have a good suggestion on how to pass the gatekeeper in order to talk to the CEO or CFO of a company?

Treat the gatekeeper as if she were the CEO/CFO. Ask what she thinks about your product/service and get her feedback. Hopefully she'll mention that Mrs. Soandso thinks it's great and wants to schedule a meeting.
