Do you have any experience with rolling out ROWE as created by Jody Thompson and Cali Ressler? I know that BestBuy corporate rolled out it out and then rolled it back in ;-)
The concept is very attractive and I will start researching starting this week but wanted to see whether any of you have words of caution or encouragement.
