Trust everyone is well and learning from their experience in rolling out the trinity.
When I started O3 I held them monthly but Mark in the first Sydney conference pointed out to me how this does not work. Mark was right and whilst I think I new it personally, as in it was not working, I was reluctant to move to weekly for some reason or another.
Well I now have been doing them weekly for the last 4 months and need to formally roll out feedback in a meeting, as opposed to the feedback I have actually been giving.
Would like to do this end of the month in my next national video conference with the team.
Therefore I am looking to the community for some insight. Is there anyone out there that would like to share their experience in holding this meeting and rolling out feedback.
