Guys, thanks for providing this great new model to get started with feedback. 

I am planning to role out starter feedback with my team within the next couple of weeks and wonder how to introduce it in my staff meetng. 

Because we omit step four and don't ask for future change, simply pointing out behavior for our directs' to consider, should I expand on step three to make it clearer in the rollout meeting?

More concretely do I need to make explicit that I hope they will draw conlusions from corrective feedback (when we get to it), or just leave this conclusion to them?
