Hello,
First time posting. I searched for similar questions and found some related but not identical.
Question: I've heard some horror stories about people resigning after accepting an offer but before the background check was complete at the new org. What is MT best practices on this? Is it reasonable to tell the new employer, "great; let me know when the offer is confirmed so I can give notice?" Or?
