I'm sure one of the podcasts talked about a relation between the number of Job applications and the number of interviews such that:
if the number of interviews per job application was low then there is likely t be an issue your CV or the suitability of the jobs it is being used for.
If the ratio was high then there was likely to be with the way you performed at interviews.
Is there anyone that can recall which podcast that was ?
