Our company provides document imaging services.  We have two positions, scanners who create and name the electronic documents and QC who reviews the documents to ensure the final product meets the customers' expectations.  Some of the scanners do not like receiving QC communication (correct xyz) from those in the QC role. The supervisor(my direct) is looking for guidance on how to help the QC request the necessary corrections and the scanners to stop being defensive when the work product isn't what the customer requires.  We've been implementing MT over the past 4 months, but because QC doesn't supervise the scanners, I don't want them to use the feedback model.  Thoughts and suggestions?
