Anyone have any best practices or tips for roll out presentations to shop floor employees?

I have 8 (90 minute) training sessions with the employees. I think this is critical in project success since it is the only opportunity to reach all the effected employees who actually have to make the system work.

I have listened to the podcasts on presentations. There is tons of good advice in the casts that I will be using. The issue is that the advice is geared toward managers presenting to managers.
