Hi,

Does anyone have a procedure for dealing with sales staff who do not hit target. the last 2 months our sales team have all come in with less than 50% of target. Their contract does not account for "poor sales".

Our normal discipline procedre would consist of verbal warning folloed by written, then final written and dismissal.

I am just wondering if anyone has a template for this in a sales environment?
