I'm seeing more PM roles requiring or implying Business Analyst responsibilities within the role.
One team I know of is a hybrid PM(O*) / BA function.
I'm wondering if other see this as well, and what the opinions on this are.
Such as, does BA even belong in a PM's skill set or responsibility set, does having a BA background enhance one's PM career, is this becoming a new necessity?
I put the "O" in parens since definitions of PMO differ, such as a Governance function vs. a Project Management entity.
