Hi all. I was assigned the task to prepare a list of question an interview next week. Basically senior management wants to find out why the performance in one of our department has suddenly decreased sharply. Anyone can light up some ideas what we should do please? This is my very first time I gotta deal with this sort of problem (Im have a background in chemical engineering and this PA job is my first after graduate). Thanks very much

What is the interview about? Who is it with? Why is there a decline in performance? How is it being measured?...... :wink:
