For now it is being called a merger for client sake. I have been the manager with this company for 3 years, and have a good track record in production. Our location is to move into the larger one which is further away, but i have no issues about the travel. I had the opportunity to visit the new location and found it to be fully staffed, and met the production manager for this location. Yes it was an akward moment, but now i am not to sure where i will i fit in, and i may have to let go some of the newer staff that I have just hired....
With a production manager already in place at this new location and this is all new staff where what happens to my production manager roll? What are some of the things that can happen?
ok so this is a first for me so i have many questions right now....has anyone gone through something like this?
