The organization I work for has "requested all managers submit a corporate resume to include with any future grant proposals. All submitted resumes would then be placed in a consistent format across the organization for grant submissions, as needed." They are not asking for bios.
1) Has anyone done something similar for their organization?;
2) Should I submit my MT resume or my career management document?
I have some reservations about this recently announced approach by my organization. Any thoughts, guidance, and/or insight provided would be greatly appreciated.
