Hello Gentlemen,

A question for you. Are one on one feasible and sustainable in a retail environment?
Any comments will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Gary

I started with one of my directs. We felt the one on one out. I learned a lot about her. She learned some abot me.

We have been doing them for 6 weeks and I am suprised ad pleased with the out come. We passed the puppies and rainbows  stage. I still get some glitter thrown in every so often. But when it comes down to the brass tacks. She brings up as many questions as I do.

I start the remainder of my directs this week. A whopping 2.5 hour commitment. Which if thngs go as well with them as it has with her, it will be time well invested.

Hi Gary

I always recommend 1:1s for all the reasons you've shared. Even if we only have 20 mins together, it's invaluable for really keeping your finger on the pulse and understanding where your employees are coming from.

How's the first week of 1:1s with the rest of your directs been? Any surprises?

Gemma
