One-on-One Feedback

I have started my One-on-One meetings today. with four of my staff. The first staff toke almost 1 hour, he was prepared with a list of stuff ... he thought .."this is a good opportunity to share with me his intuitions "..

All of the staff started with thanking me for giving this opportunity (O3) for them share different topics .. they all liked the idea of talking about the their future .. I requested every one of them to prepare a wish list of 3-5 items, so we can work out a plan together and help them achieve there personal objectives.

As a start I think the atmosphere of the meetings was good.
