Any advice on how to do O3's as a casual/shift manager with a casual workforce.

Background: as a casual manager with a casual team I am often working with a different team each shift. The reporting relationships only hold between the manager and team member for that shift, next shift they may be reporting to a different team member. I may not see some team members for three weeks or more depending on the vagaries of the roster. The roster changes week to week depending on forecast customer demand and product changes.

I suspect the trinity needs to be rolled out by the entire management team at once with each manager assigned particular team members for whom they have particular responsibility. It would also need the support of the senior manager.

Any ideas or guidance?
