I have to present an IT strategy to leaders. I know what should be done from my experience as a individual contributor, but how should i convey the same to leaders and present a block diagram?

Need help, any pro's out there??

Thanks

I highly recommend the PreWire cast as your first point of call.  You will need to be registered.
You might also get a lot out of the cast on Decision Briefing.
Kind regards

Kevin is exactly right. I have used both of these casts to great effect. I just had a prewire meeting yesterday with someone for a big meeting tomorrow and have time to prep for their objections before they are expressed in front of the whole group. I have also presented using the Decision Brief exactly as it was laid out in the cast. My CTO (4 levels up from me) complimented me on the presentation. She even chuckled when she read the 'you will be asked for a decision' part which I almost left out.
Both of these take extra work and prep time and both are well worth it.
