My Father And I Run A Nonprofit Organization - How Does This affect Formalities, Etiquette ect.

For example, the podcast about how to introduce people. The norm is to say something like, "Jim, have you met Bob Johnson? Bob this is Jim Jackson."

So, my intuition is to introduce my father by his name, without mention of our relationship, i.e. not like, "...this is my father Jim Jackson." However, I am worried that to some this may seem rude, disrespectful, or simply nontraditional when I refer to my father in this manner.

What is the professional way to go about this?
