MT Podcasts, Blackberry and MB. Oh My!

OK, Not sure if this is the place to ask this question but I will start here.

How, if possible, can I get MT podcasts onto my Blackberry?  My company, at this time, only supports Blackberry's.

I would like to take advantage of my morning and afternoon commute, 35 min and >1 hr respectively, and be able to listen and choose selective MT podcast during the drives.  With the end result being able to listen through the cars Bluetooth wireless ability without having to put earbuds in during the drive.

Or is there another way, such as downloading the MT podcast to a flash drive or CD?

Most Podcasts have an MP3 download link.
You should be able to download the MP3 version, then load it onto your BB and play it just as you would any music file.
