Hi All,

I am a first time manager starting shortly. My organization does monthly one on ones. How should I go about doing my one on ones more often? Hoping to pull off at least twice a month but really wanting to do weekly as recommended. Do I just start doing them weekly or should I get sign off from my boss first?

There are some organizations that are very "permissions based." Other times you are OK seeking to manage your team as you see fit.

Unless you can imagine blow-back...why not start weekly O3s?
