Hi
I am located in the UK and was wondering which (if any) monthly magazines anyone would suggest would be worth subscribing to. I am keen to absorb anything that would be related to a manager in a retail sales environment.

I would highly recommend The Economist. This WEEKLY news publication presents information in a fairly non-biased fashion and covers issues from all corners of the world. In today's global economy, knowledge is incredibly important as a manager, even on topics unrelated to our industry or area of expertise.
