MBM and DISC

Does anyone have experience with relating "Market Based Management" and DISC or other personality profiling knowledge?

I have been listening and using Manager-tools tools for 2-3 years now, and I recently started studying MBM (http://www.kochind.com/MBM/).   I've been trying to find effective ways where both studies will work together, but it's not obvious to me where MBM takes advantage of any kind of personality profiling or communication profiling.

If anyone in this community that is passionate about DISC could take a look at the "Market Based Management" philosophy at http://www.kochind.com/MBM/ and get their impressions of how DISC fits into it, I'd appreciate it.
I've not been able to find where these two intersect.
