Hey everyone! So I have managed front line employees in a processing or manufacturing type environment for the past 10 years. My teams have ranged from 10 to 50 in size. 
I have listened to manager tools on and off for the past 8 years, and have learned a lot of great tools that apply to my roles and teams. However, I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions or recommendations for content geared more toward managing teams in production environments. These teams aren't filled with several individual contributors, but members that rely on each other's performance minute to minute assembling components. Their tasks are repetitive, but essential to the one piece flow principle.
