BLUF: How do I account for loosing my team on my resume.
My team of 4 directs was whittled down to 2, then consoidated with another team, leaving me as an individual contributor. My role/title hasn't changed. I'm looking for some input on my resume's responsibilties section for my current position/new reality. Do I say "Supervised" past-tense, while everything else in the section is present tense?
