BLUF: What have been your experiences/preferences using iBooks or Stanza for reading books on the iPad?
I recently purchased an iPad and see the value in using it for reading. I like Stanza's simplicity and gestures. However I like iBooks as it is part of the core iPad product and operating system: this may have longevity going forward.
Please share your thoughts.

I have an iPad, but I'm not
I have an iPad, but I'm not using iBook for my reading. I still use my Kindle coupled with the Kindle app on the iPad and other devices so that I can read anytime, anywhere. Amazon seems to be intent on making the Kindle app ubiquitous, and I like that if I decide to switch from the iPhone to Android my reading goes with me.
I love the iPad's simplicity and ease of use. If you're a WebEx user, have you tried the WebEx app on it? It turns it into a very nice portable screen for remote meetings where I'm certain I'll be in read-only mode.
Kindle app does a nice job
Jael,
I recently downloaded the Kindle app and am reading my first ebook on it. Amazon candidly did a nice job with the entire experience -- from downloading to any Kindle-like device you have, to allowing to see other person's highlights, to the ability to redownload the book at any time should you not want it on your device -- all wirelessly.
