Can anyone recommend a podcast or offer suggestions that will help me to introduce a new hire to my virtual team?
We'll have an intro/welcome meeting by phone. I'm not sure how to structure that call. It would be so much easier to go out to lunch as a group! But that won't be possible for a few months.
Different aspects of the new hire's orientation will be conducted by the existing team members over the next 3 weeks, which will allow him to get to know everyone on a one-on- basis.
All suggestions are appreciated! We are currently a very friendly and effective team and I'd like this new transition to be as seamless as possible.
