Hi guys,
Thanks for all the great advice in regards to hiring, clearly one of the most important responsibilities of a manager.
I was wondering, would it be possible to do a short cast on how to question a referee? ie. What are some of the questions you should ask a referee about a candidate to really get some reliable, honest answers.
I assume it'd be similar to the behavioural questions asked when interviewing a candidate and you already did a great post on that.
It just seems, that to get great responses from a referee that you can be confident in, it takes some real thought.
Love to know if anyone else is interested in this.
