 Hi Friends,

Next week, I'm interviewing for a VP role at a public company, software, with 2k employees and multiple business properties. I'm looking for tips and thoughts to help me prepare.

I've been at the executive level at very small private companies in the past. An executive recruiter set it up, it is with the CMO (whom I'd report to), and is the first time I am speaking with an employee of the company.

I was wondering if anyone has any tips or insights they can share from their experience regarding what to expect,  relevant stories they can share, etc. I'm just looking to add some last-minute color to my (thorough and very MT-directed) preparation toward tuning my head into the C-Suite space for the conversation.

Thanks!
