Hello all, I am starting a new job search as my current role turned out not to be a good cultural fit for me. I won't go into too many details, but I have some ethical concerns that were made even more evident during these 'COVID' times, that I'm just not willing to overlook.
I had a call with HR for a role that I applied for at another company and she asked why I was looking to leave my current position. Not 100% how to answer this question without disclosing any info from my current role. I do have the interview series, but I just don't remember if there is a podcast episode or chapter where this is addressed.
