I am looking for some guildance utilizing the Interview Creation Tool. I have recently been giving the Sales side of the organization and have not ever managed a sales team prior. I have two "Account Manager" positions to fill and was hoping that someone could guide me through the tool. I am looking for the criteria that was used to identify great sales people.
