To anyone with conflicting personality types, but particularly D/Cs: how do you handle the balance between these two parts of yourself?

For me in particular, the problem is that I am all too aware of the intricacies of a problem, and I really want to explore everything and weigh everything fairly and go into all the details. But another part of me just wants to get to the point, is impatient with that High C, let's just get going already.

Half the time I feel I'm being too slow and detached from the needs of reality, half the time I feel I'm being sloppy and inaccurate. How on earth does one balance it?

Just kidding.
Use your High C tendencies to analyze the degree of quality required in the solution.  Don't let "perfect" become the enemy of "good enough."
