Hello,

I am looking for help with some interesting facts or research related to delegation. E.g. "managers who delegate well are X% more likely to be promoted, or spend Y% more time with their families", etc.

I'm going to be speaking at a local PM conference about delegation. Sharing my experiences on delegation, which are mostly guided by MT recommendations.

I have the basic stuff on how-to's and do's and don't's and now looking for a material to "spice up" the talk and encourage the audience.
