The team that I am a part of has experienced significant turnover with multiple vacancies. We are in disarray with some very big needs, mixed in with not-real needs under consideration. There seems to be some signs of openness to feedback from the group. I think I have a good idea of what we need. WHat is the best way to make my case?
Note: at least two levels of upper management have shown keen interest and will probably have more say than my direct manager as to how her group will be rearranged, but they know even less than she does about our real needs.
Any suggestions on who to approach, and how, and any examples/outlines of a document to lay out the case would be really helpful!
