Hello fellow members!
My manager is moving to a new position and her role is now open to all applicants.
In my company we announce the offer not only internally but also externally.
I applied for the role and I'm starting to prepare the interviews.
A few years ago I bought here the interview series, that's very useful material. However I wonder if there's anything I should be particular aware applying internally for this role?
Some of the info in those podcast is not relevant as I'm now familiar with the company structure, dress code, salary etc etc, however I wonder if there's something that I need to pay special attention??
How different is this process for me for this internal apply process?
