How to deal with lack of maintenance help in the production line

Hi everyone,

I'm facing same problems in my company due the lack of maintenance help. They are not help due the lack of willing but due the dificulties to find a properly solution. Unfortunately my team deliveribles are unconfortable with this situation. Sameone have already face this situation before? Please send me same advices to help me deal with this situation. Tks!
