Hello,

Do you have any champion process that you follow when you have to implement a new tool in your company? I was thinking if you have a list with steps about what to do ... basically a list based on Mark&Mike style. 6 steps which are ... :P

And no, not specifically. I look to institute change DOWN the system, and to make sure my peers know how that success is achieved.
