Help with Interview series videos please

 Could anyone please help me with my problems viewing the interview series videos?

I am a paid interview series subscriber. When I go to the page with the videos I am able to watch the first video. But when I click on the rest nothing happens. I am using a mac. I have tried both safari and chrome. I have found a pop up box that asks for my login and password and entered both. Still nothing happens when I click on the other videos. In chrome I am able to right click on the link and click open in new tab. When I do the label that comes up says about:blank.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
