I listened to an excellent podcast from the folks at Manager Tools - I don't remember if it was specifically branded under Manager Tools or Career tools - where an interview subject described their approach to creativity in business, and broke down myths about how management and business weren't creative fields.

The episode used an example of the person who created Liquid Paper - the white-out tool used to correct mistakes in type-written or printed documents - came to fruition through a combination of observation about the needs of the users and a totally unrelated object or product (nail polish).

I've searched the archives and only found 'https://www.manager-tools.com/2016/10/creativity-basics', which appears to be on a similar topic, but isn't the original interview.

Does anyone remember the episode I'm talking about, or have a better way to find it? I've searched the archives for 'creativity', 'creative', 'idea', 'invention', 'innovation' - is there a way to specifically search transcripts instead of just episode descriptions?

Thanks in advance.
