Hi,
I just found this site and I'm very jazzed about it. Hope to get and give information, this is a great way to get ideas.
About me:
Was in management 10 yrs ago, left because of burnout. Now I find myself in a management role again, and it's almost like re-learning everything all over again :) I have 6 employees on the team, 1 who works from home which is a challenge I haven't dealt with before.
