Key Account Manager
The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing an assigned portfolio of Department Stores for Tax Free Sales (TFS), Dynamic Currency Choice (DCC) and Media products and to gain assigned new business accounts.
You will be a Department Store Specialist and will deal with various contacts within these Department Stores from CEO, Managing Director level down to individual store staff when required. The Key Account Manager will work closely with these contacts to identify any opportunities for Global Blue to help them drive their TFS, DCC and brand awareness with existing and new non-EU shoppers.You will be ideally located in the South East.
Who we're looking for
The Key Account Manager will have genuine sales talent with strong results orientation, passion and determination to reach sales targets. The successful candidate will have previous experience of managing in-depth relationships preferably with within Department Stores, ideally in FMCG, Retail or Financial services.
You will be extremely disciplined and motivated with an entrepreneurial drive and have ability to champion and drive change, as well as the ability to work with minimum supervision. The Key Account Manager will also have excellent communication skills in order to influence and persuade clients at Director Level and have excellent commercial awareness. You will be ideally based in the South East and be willing to travel.
