Does anyone know of any good content they have gotten online and used as a background of a presentation. Here are the things I want to emphasize as part of a 2 part series we .
- That Everyone HAS a leadership style and that comes with its own strengths and weaknesses.
- That your style is largely an outgrowth of your communication ( DISC ) style.
- While you may not be able to wholely change your style, your awareness will enable you to enhance your strengths and work on your weaknesses as a leader which may alter the PERCEPTION of your style by others.
Note: I am looking for content IN ADDITION TO the MT cast on leadership styles
