Does anyone have any formal plans that you've used with your directs to document and strategize on their strengths, weaknesses, and career path desires? I'd like a better way to capture and track this information during my O3's; right now my notes are spread out throughout my O3 notebook and I'd like to capture development data in a more consolodated manner.
